The key to the affordability of your new home is your mortgage lender.  They are not all the same.  Our office has relationships with mortgage lenders who are proven in their field, are knowledgeable and accessible.  Their representatives will be there to assist you at every step.  It is important to select a mortgage lender as early as possible.

Before you even start looking at homes you need to select a mortgage lender and provide them with the information needed to obtain a pre-qualification letter.  That letter will be needed by your real estate agent to submit your offer.  It tells the seller that you not only want the home, but that you have the ability to finance it and have a successful closing.  Without this letter it is difficult to compete with other buyers.

Don’t pre-judge your ability to buy your new home without first meeting with your mortgage representative.  There you will find our about all of the programs available to you, such as
